⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience at Moon Valley Nurseries, and Lee was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us several great tree options for both our home and our office. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He didn’t just help us pick trees—he explained how to properly care for them and how products like Moon Juice can help the trees establish themselves, flourish, and stay healthy. Lee made the entire experience easy, informative, and enjoyable. We really appreciated his patience, expertise, and willingness to make sure we understood our options. Definitely a five-star experience, and Lee deserves a lot of the credit!

Nate Brown went above and beyond for us. His knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help made what could have been an overwhelming experience enjoyable and stress-free. The plants were beautiful and healthy, and we left feeling confident because of his guidance. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Nate, for making our visit such a positive one-we'll definitely be back!

I don’t typically do reviews. But Carlos Nieto made our process of buying/designing/planting 5 trees/20+ shrubs so easy I would be doing a discourtesy to Austin if I don’t recommend him. They worked around our irrigation lines/got done 3 days earlier than expected. Carlos made significant promises/expectations and still managed to over deliver. Will be doing business with Moon Valley and Carlos Nieto again. Well done!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely thrilled with Carlos and the transformation of our garden! I can’t say enough good things about Carlos. He designed and brought to life a stunning new garden that has completely exceeded our expectations. We are so happy every single day when we step outside — it feels like a peaceful oasis right in our backyard. What sets Carlos apart is his incredible knowledge and passion for plants. He knows every single tree by sight, understands exactly how they grow, how big they’ll get, and which ones are best suited for our specific climate and soil conditions. His wisdom on trees, shrubs, bushes, and plants is unmatched — he truly thinks like a master botanist combined with an artist. The design is brilliant: everything flows beautifully, the plant selections- roses palm trees privet shrubs box hedges and cypress are perfect, and the whole space just works harmoniously. If you’re looking for a true expert who cares deeply about creating something special and long-lasting, Carlos is the chosen one. We couldn’t be happier with our new garden and highly recommend him to anyone in the Bastrop/Austin area. Thank you, Carlos — you’re a true professional and a pleasure to work

The team delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. Javen brought thoughtful ideas and presented a well-structured tree selection plan at a reasonable cost. Both José's executed the installation of plants and trees with exceptional skill and care. What truly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond — they graciously assisted with planting trees I had purchased elsewhere, which was a testament to their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The level of professionalism and courtesy extended throughout every interaction was remarkable. Every request was accommodated with ease and attentiveness. For anyone new to this journey, as I was, I would wholeheartedly recommend Moon Valley — they make the entire process seamless, supportive, and enjoyable.
